Your HERO-Defender ships with Miscrosoft Hyper-V Server Core, therefore there is no Windows Explorer for you to manage and view files.

HEROware has added a tool to manage and view files in our File Explorer. This File Explorer can be located as an application icon in the Rocket Dock.

This training video will briefly walk you through accessing the File Explorer and taking you through a few of the basic operation within.
