• Hardware – Includes full replacement of the defective item or a complete unit if needed (at HEROware’s discretion) and cross-shipping of items at no expense to you.
• Software- Complete software support to remedy any software related issues on our unit. This includes operating system, core software, bug fixes, software upgrades/updates and phone and email support for troubleshooting.
• Installation – Expert installation of your HERO-Defender to your production servers is available upon request. Please have your network ready to ensure a smooth installation.
