To schedule either an initial Installation Assistance Appointment or General Support Services appointment with our HEROware Support Team, please simply call in to us at 866-810-4376, ask for Support (between the hours of 6am-6pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday) and you’ll be connected to one of our Support team members who will then schedule your appointment. If you’d like to request an Appointment via email, you can direct those inquiries to Support@heroware.com 24/7 (on weekends you can expect reply by Monday business day) and obviously for urgent Support matters, the team can be reached as outlined above.
