I want to start this first-ever HEROware newsletter by thanking you for being a HEROware customer. Whether you’ve been with us for two years or two days, you’ve entrusted us with a portion of your business and that’s a responsibility we don’t take lightly. Our industry is currently in the throes of immense change and positive growth. We at HEROware are seizing this opportunity by restructuring our business in order to maximize your success in your local markets.
In the months since I took the helm at HEROware, I’ve had the opportunity to meet many of you. You’ve shared with me the challenges you face with your businesses, and told me what you need from HEROware in order to meet these challenges.
A lot of you have been let down by your IT vendors. You feel like you are constantly being sold to but are not receiving help when you need it. Our goal is to corner the market on providing exceptional service and support.
In that vein, we’ve already revamped many aspects of our company to meet your needs. We recently doubled our customer service staff to provide you with rapid, expert service and we’ve increased our sales team to give you the support and education you need to use and sell HEROware products very profitably. Our new sales manager shares my vision of a culture where YOU, the customer, are our first priority.
Additionally, we’ve expanded our product line to offer you a one-stop four-piece solution, at a great value, that can support your clients with all your snapshot backup, Physical or Virtual, high availability full server and data protection, Cloud recovery and single pane of glass remote monitoring needs.
Most importantly, we’ve made HEROware a place where we don’t just say we care about you and the work you do; we show you as well. That’s what this newsletter is all about. We want to provide you with a sense of community where you can find as many resources as possible.
In getting to know you, I’ve discovered that you are an awesome group of people who are leading amazing lives in your communities. This is where our new HEROware’s Heroes program comes in. We’ll frequently use this newsletter to highlight your heroic volunteer efforts in your hometowns!
